Dream Signals: Fall 2025 Update from Jessi Robertson

🌌 Dream Signals: Fall 2025

🖤 Dark Matter Out October 31st

Mark your calendars for a journey into unknown realms. My new album Dark Matter arrives this Halloween! Each song is a portal, bending time and space with the gravity of emotion, memory, and myth. Come get lost inside the echoes with me.

Tracklist:

  1. Spooky Action at a Distance
  2. Shadow War
  3. In Dreams Awake
  4. The First Law of Thermodynamics
  5. Einstein-Rosen Bridge
  6. Persistent Memory
  7. Rogue Star
  8. Object of Desire

This album was born in the quiet corners of my home studio. It reflects a slow evolution from the strange little song ideas I tried on and then discarded back in 2017, to these fully formed visions crafted with refreshed lyrics and melodies in 2025.

📸 Behind the Scenes: Portrait with Anna Haas

Next week, I’ll be working with the brilliant & wildly creative photographer Anna Haas on a portrait that captures the visual soul of Dark Matter. Think mysterious and galactic. Stay tuned for sneak peeks.

We’re calling it the Nightfall Tour: loud, luminous, and lit by October stars.

🪐 Looking Ahead: Pocket Universes

I’m continuing to work on the project I started with Chris Benelli. You may have heard this referred to as the Dreaming Lotus project. It’s still evolving and it will be a very different project rooted in dreamy 80s synthesizers and lush pop melodies. Expect something strange and beautiful in 2026.

🌌 When it feels so hard, keep on trying

Thank you for your continued support. Whether you’ve been with me since Small Town Girls or just recently fell down the rabbit hole, thank you for listening and dreaming with me.

See you in the bright hue & shadow, stargazers.

Shadow War: Singularity album cover

🌌 Dream Signals: January 16, 2026 Shadow War: Singularity Out now! Listen Here! My new single, Shadow War: Singularity, arrives today and I’m so excited to finally share it with you. This version of the song was a collaboration with Aaron Berg (Mountainwalker) and it feels more like a dance, which is appropriate to the song. I drew a lot from Frankenstein and the golems of Jewish mythology. I think I've often felt a bit like a creature, an odd mix of parts that don't quite fit, a clumsy mess...
